Hypnotherapy Initial Session

(First Time clients only)

The first session involves a discussion of your goals, understanding your perspective of presenting issue to be addressed, narrowing our therapeutic focus, identifying blocks & triggers, directing you toward your best outcome, and preparing you for the personal transformation of hypnotherapy from this session forward.

Hypnotherapy Consultation Returning Clients 60 minutes

1 hour Following the first session. This session therapy is targeted and the process involves exploring and releasing blocks, deepening the connection to the subconscious, reinforcing and anchoring positive change and transformation. Tools for conscious change are introduced, recorded sessions are sent home for reinforcement between sessions. Therapy may include imagery journeys and various hypnotic modalities tailored to provide personalized benefit rooted in clients unique learning style.

Hypnosis for Smoking Cessation Initial Visit 2 Hours

This is where smoking Stops and Freedom begins. During Free Consultation the Hypnotherapist will determine if candidate is ready for Hypnosis for Smoking Cessation. Although results cannot be guaranteed, Hypnotherapy has been proven effective in Smoking Cessation. With Special Qualifications you will be guided appropriately by your practitioner and working together you can be set free from the prison of cigarettes and other smoking apparatus.

This is the first of several sessions. Following sessions will be approximately 60-75 minutes. There will be a minimum of 3 sessions to complete Smoking Cessation protocol, providing you the internal subconscious support for a lifetime of being free from this addiction as well as self-discovery and strengthening of self-worth, self-control & tools to help with anxiety.

Hypnotherapy Consultation Returning Clients 75 minutes

75 Minute Hypnotherapy Consultation for clients who require longer cognitive session prior to hypnosis. Following the first session, the therapy is targeted, and the process involves exploring and releasing blocks, deepening the connection to the subconscious, reinforcing and anchoring positive change and transformation. Tools for conscious change are introduced, recorded sessions are sent home for reinforcement between sessions. Therapy may include imagery journeys and various hypnotic modalities tailored to provide personalized benefit rooted in clients unique learning style.
